The guy was homeless and obviously hungry! You tell someone who probably doesn't eat on a regular basis to stop eating probably the first meal they've had in days, and they're going to tell you no. When people don't get regular meals, it starts affecting not just their body but their brain as well. Thankfully the guy survived and filed a suit. I hope he won! That would be a new lease on life for him!
