One was a genuine attempt to tackle, the other wasn’t. Learn the rules dude.

Walsh both legs was in the air when contact was made but hughes had 1 feet flat when he kicked. rules are rules stop sooking, you can't make contact with a player when both feet are off the ground

A valid tackle requires the defender to make a genuine attempt to use their arms to wrap around the ball carrier . Zero attempt to wrap his arms around Walsh, Piakura effort was made consistent to nrl rules

Izzy :
Walsh's kicking leg was target. Hughes kicking leg was not target and no contact happened.

Kyan🥔 :
The penalty in Walsh was because he did not rap the arms around abd he was in the air

He didn’t wrap his arms around to make a tackle I think

Because there was an attempt to wrap on Hughes where it was all force and shoulder on Walsh I’m assuming
