i have had 3 different creams from gp (dermol and 2 different zerobase), steroid cream, i have tried mama mambas balm, vaseline and aveno and NOTHING is taking his itching away

Glad ive seen this, my daughter and i suffer with this as well. E45 does nothing. we've tried a different cream which £15 still hasnt helped.

I use the smiles and joy cream it’s a tiny tube of cream and abit expensive but works so good it’s like a minty smell and cools the skin straightaway and brings down redness in one day 🥰

Epsom Salt in the bath helps a lot too, softens the water so it’s better for eczema prone skin 😌
