@kim.roses: Please tell me I’m not the only one dealing with this 😭 I really thought the pain would go away by now… did yours ever stop?? #m#momlifep#postpartumjourneyn#newmomlifem#MomsofTikTokpostpartumbody
And honestly I think people think it’s the epidural but really it’s having birth is what changes your body the most especially back problems.

It’s not epidural because I had natural births.. it from childbirth

It’s not the epidural, it’s the lack of pelvic, back and abdominal muscle strength. You have to work on that to stop feeling the pain. I worked out my entire pregnancy and I had an epidural and I have never had any pain.

I'm 99% sure it's compensation from losing core strength and postural changes. your body just went through an insane physical process for almost a year. that does WAY more to your back.

Yes. The spot was sore. It caused sciatica. Second pregnancy, child was heavier, no epidural, and no issues.

I am due in two weeks with our first. But I am going unmedicated just due to fears of this. My friend had hers placed wrong and because of it she couldn’t pick up her baby after he turned two ish. She says she mostly feels it during the seasons changing and when she’s bending down.

Imma be honest. That healed my back soooo good. I went so long w/o feeling pain from my sciatica or herniated disc. I’d do it again & again

Baby birth and pregnancy leaves you with back pain. I didn’t get the epidural and still have back pain. GET the epidural anyways. There’s j need to feel all that horrific pain

No my back pain came from childbirth and now it’s from constantly picking up my baby/breastfeeding with bad posture

No , I thought it did for a couple of months but it was probably because I was breastfeeding on demand and had crazy back pain 🥲 now my daughter is 1.5 and I’m all fine. I forgot all about the “back-pain after having an epidural ” until I saw this post and realized I actually don’t have any back pain. 🤣

Girl it’s not the epidural, it’s your pelvic floor! I had back pain for months and never connected it until I started going to a pelvic floor specialist. The pain was radiating to my back. It’s all connected
