@alex.petrakieva: I actually wanted to make this change last year, but I was scared. I kept thinking people wouldn’t be able to find me, that my last name would be too hard to spell or say. Just excuse after excuse, honestly. Then I had a conversation with another creator and they said, “If your entire brand depends on your handle, you’ve got bigger problems.” And that really stuck with me. At the end of the day, my name is my brand because it’s me. So long term, this just makes a lot more sense.
