Some people in this comsec just dont really get it. Yeah, sure SOME AI covers might sound "good" but it was never about it sounding "better" than the original composers/artists really. It was all about the creativity, authenticity, emotion, effort, style etc. that are being recreated without any effort at all. It definitely affects artists in multiple ways. People should value the artistic elements of a music piece that was created by a human because when it's created with AI, it takes away the soul and the sound of it's original version. It becomes a lifeless slop that gets overplayed overtime.

I still prefer real singers. Real person, real voice, real feelings! Oo nga mabilis gumawa ng kanta ang AI. Pero singers, especially old songs, tell us stories. Their stories. What I love sa old songs is it tell us more. Their emotions and experience. Do not use AI sa nga existing songs na kasi nakakabastos naman sa mga artist nun.
