Breech right until 35 weeks with anterior placenta. I did Spinning babies everyday. Then she flipped as I was sat in the waiting room for my growth scan 😳 ohhhh I felt it! 😅

jus wondering do you have an anterior placenta? my baby’s currently breech and i’m 35+1 atm 😮💨 i’ve been doing all the things to help flip him and won’t find out if he’s head down until my next scan in a weeks time. this is my 6th babe and first breech babe 😭

Spinning babies breech stretches. I did that every day a couple of times a day. I walked a lot. Baby flipped head down at 35 weeks. But also making peace with your body and trusting that whatever will happen, you will be okay.

I’m 34 weeks and just got my dude to flip with the heat pad and ice pack trick. Ice at the top of my belly and heat pad down at the bottom

39 weeks and still breech😒 when I walk he turns head down then as soon as I lay down he turns 360 with feet down and head in my ribs.

my midwife recommended swimming, I didnt have access to a pool but I wish I would have tried this, hoping baby flips for you! 🫶🏼

Mine just finally went head down. Honestly I didn’t try anything because the doctor said not to worry about it. The one thing I noticed was one night I kept tossing from left to right in bed because my back and I noticed it just felt different. 2 days later the ultrasound showed she finally flipped 🤣

Found out at 36 week my first was breech I got to trying every exercise, went on walks &’ even did the do &’ nothing worked had a c-section 2 weeks later, homegirl was to comfort.

My doctor told me to put my legs on the couch and head to the floor for a few minutes a day she ended up flipping
