I used the Kristen Ess gloss in bittersweet. I had my hair professionally dyed and it always went back to orange. After using this, it’s never gone back fully to orange. It’ll be VERY dark at first but fades nicely

The solution to this for me is to use bleach first and then color over the bleach with a cool brown color. My hair is medium brown and pulls red once I started doing an at home highlight with cool brown over it no more brassy red .

You should just be toning it every couple months, that way your natural color can keep growing out and it won’t change the color of it but everything will blend while you wait it out
