@aynmariefit: Protein marketing is wild 😭 High protein is great! But nutritional quality still matters Protein supplements aren't evil - I see them as a tool I personally keep an "emergency protein kit" for days when life happens: missed meals, travel, long workdays, zero access to real food In those moments? A shake or bar is clutch But on a normal day, I'm not trying to live off protein products My priority is building actual meals around protein: - lean meats - eggs - greek yogurt - cottage cheese - fish whole-food sources paired with carbs, fats, and micronutrients that your body actually needs High protein doesn't cancel out ultra-processed ingredients 🫠 Use protein powders and bars when they help you be consistent. But if you have access to real meals? Start there!
