I am so sorry this happened to you! Just for you and your followers to know: almost alwayssss anything like lamb shawarma has a binder to hold it together, like breadcrumbs. It’s also one of the most confusing ingredients for restaurant workers, and they often don’t know themselves. So for me, I never order lamb shawarma bc the chances are too high. 🫶🫶🫶
