As someone who had 2 c sections and a hysterectomy all in the spring I feel this. I have to have back surgery and specifically asked to wait until fall because absolutely not.

Girl it sucks year round 😭 I had mine in August almost 20 years ago and I’d nevvvvvver want to go through that again 😏 sending big but not tight hugs!

I wish I didn’t know this but- stabilize yourself when you sneeze! I’ve unfortunately been in these exact shoes- look up the proper way to stand and sneeze so you don’t hurt yourself worse!!!
