Growing up, he’d go to soccer games as a kid, and during the holiday, instead of buns, vendors would wrap hot dogs in matzah and fry them fresh to order. Crispy outside, juicy inside, zero crumbs left behind. Roll the hotdog in a matzah, dip in @Organic Valley free range eggs, and fry until golden crisp! Honestly… this isn’t just a holiday thing.
