my brother needed cancer treatment in Florida (we're British) and my dad went with him for the 3 months. their first rental car was a massive Ford Pickup. they went back to the rental place 2 days later and asked for a smaller car and that absolutely blew the mind of the agent. took them a while to agree on a Toyota Prius cos the agent kept offering enormous SUVs 😂

So, these things (recycling and straws and to some extent cars) change from state to state, region to region. I’m in the PNW and paper straws or no straw is common here as is recycling ♻️everywhere… also if you’re in a city, cars tend to be less big but suvs are very compact n the suburbs around here… 🤷🏼♀️
