never would but oil plug in finger toght i would install pan first then plug and torque what he did is good way to forget that it isn't tight then customer takes off plug falls out that is bad mechanic

the O-ring on the plug sucks! dosen't matter what you put on it it gets damaged and leaks. PPE uses it on their dif cover and trans pans and they leak, they went to a crush washer on the engine pan snd its never leaked. I added a crush washer to my dif cover and trans pan to stop the leak.
