You just need to lowkey be less optimistic about your time management. I have the same issue where I want to make people not mad about the wait so I give them the best time option but realistically it’ll always take me double the time I originally said especially if it’s art. Someone brought it to my attention than it’s actually sometimes more annoying bc it feels like I don’t respect other their time
