this makes so much sense because I definitely have been making better choices, eating way less but for some reason I'm still hungry... but I notice if I just drink some water or have a little snack it goes away. it's definitely doing something I'm still on 0.5 mg.. I used to eat like an animal so the difference is big. Haven't lost weight yet but I'm only on my second week.
