@porawigilbert: Coconut mango chia seed pudding🥭🥥 What I’ve been eating lately to curb my sweet tooth🤪 You can use whatever fruits or toppings but yellow mango was a great choice for this recipe because the coconut milk gives it a strong coconut flavor that reminds me of mango sticky rice. Ingredients: 1 cup plain kefir 13.5 oz coconut milk 3 T maple syrup 1/2 cup chia seeds Yellow mango, sliced Optional: sesame seeds for garnish How to make: - In a medium bowl, stir and whisk coconut milk until the cream is incorporated and not lumpy. - Add in kefir, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Stir well until combined. - Cover the bowl or transfer to a smaller container to refrigerate over night or for at least 6 hours. - Serve with slices of mangos and sesame seeds. Enjoy! #mango #chiaseedpudding #snack #healthyrecipes #dessert
