o primeiro exercício não funciona. São músculos estabilizadores, não foram feitos pra trabalhar dessa maneira (pelo menos nunca vi alguém andar ou fica de pé assim de lado pra querer fazer isso, a menos q tenha disfunção ne), faça prancha lateral, vai ajudar mto mais

percayalah lah gaeess 1 Minggu rutin kalian lakukan gerakan2 seperti video di atas bakalan kecil perut nya soalnya aku udh jalanin..perut ku banyak lemak, buncit kayak hamil 5 bulan 😭😭😭 dan setelah rutin, berpengaruh juga ke BB ku turun 2kg asal pola makan nya juga di jaga..1-3 hari masih kerasa sakit tpi lama2 udh terbiasa dan bikin ketagihan buat olahraga terus 😍😍 semangat salam sehat buat semua nya 🙏😊😊
