@matt.speroni: I would’ve shown you more of the facility but I wasn’t allowed to record in there bc it was that cool. They literally print a million cans a day for brands like NOS and Liquid Death. He gave me some food laboratories and packaging designers to reach out to. I’m getting closer to that 0.9 water activity level I’ve been hoping for. With a few more ingredients in mind (and a bunch of people I can reach out to for recommendations) it’s only a matter of time until meet that goal. While it doesn’t taste as good as my previous formula, I’m sure I can find some ingredients to help with that as well.
