Never tried it with celery. I use cream of chicken with herbs. I love chicken and dumplings though so I’ll definitely try it this way.

I make it from scratch when I have time but I have cheated a few times. There is also frozen packaged dumplings that you can just throw in instead of even having to roll out the biscuits.

We call canned biscuits “whomp biscuits”. You have to whomp it on counter edge to open them. 😁
