He also couldn’t keep a stable job and keep aunt mays house, everything that was going wrong didn’t help at all and when he finally “retires” being spiderman(and the fact Mr negative cures him) he regains all his strength and can live a “normal life” as Peter

One thing people always get wrong about Peter’s spider sense is that it’s up to him to dodge appropriately when he senses danger. There are versions of his spider sense that literally does everything for him but most of the time it’s just a warning signal in his head. So therefor, there are a lot of instances in all forms of spider-man media where his sense does go off, but he doesn’t dodge in time or the villain is too fast for him to dodge. A villain getting the drop on Peter isn’t his spider sense getting nerfed or failing, it’s Peter failing to react.
