all these milestone make parents stressed. if your doctor is not concerned you shouldnt be putting anyone on any external schedules. every kid is different and saying "3 month milestones" doesnt mean much

My baby is 3 months old and I’ve just been paying attention to her cues for what she wants to try to do and I started doing these types of exercises without realizing they were of exercises for milestones. I cried a little cause I thought I was doing everything wrong but I guess I have pretty good instincts 😭😭😭

My baby is 10 weeks old and can lift his head when doing tummy time propped up on a bobby or other similar smaller pillows, and even when I’m holding him he will push off me. However during tummy time flat on the ground he cannot push up or doesn’t really try to lift his head. He just lays and cries. My pediatrician said he should be pushing up by now. It has me stressed out.
