He would test me SO much and “take notes” of things I had no idea he was “taking note” of and he was building a silent case against me for months for the wildest things, like checking in on him, if I did it too often or not enough, it was NEVER the right amount. I found this out when he blew up at me for checking in when he went quiet bc I wasn’t doing enough that time. Looking back, I wish I would have walked away WAY sooner

I knew he tested to see if I cared and would chase. It turned me off so much even though I still cared so much. Ultimately you need to choose yourself instead of over-functioning to save the connection. It’s hard but it’s worse being the one to hold the relationship up single handedly.

HEY PLEASE HELP ME I BEG YOU, so she misses me as much as I miss her we are both heartbroken but she's given up, I would send her one last text saying that she is not wrong she deserves love I want to be her safe space I won't go away even if we don't talk I'll wait for her. I was thinking also going to her house with her favourite flower and peluche and talk things out because she says that she's so in love with me that in real life she won't be able to push me away
