I have oral allergy syndrome and can’t drink traditional Jamaican carrot juice because I can’t have raw carrots! But this recipe differs because 1) you cook the carrots first and 2) add cardamom. I think I’ll give this a try 🥰because I can eat cooked carrots

Culture is amazing this is almost exactly how we make carrot juice in Jamaica with the exception of cardamom and saffron we use nutmeg , cinnamon and vanilla.
