Tomorrow will be 3 years since this incident occurred. Many woman have been affected by this man and deserve justice. They were failed by the system and so was Kevin McHale and his daughter by the lack of protection from Tulsa and Gardaí. John was on the register since the 80s was known to both state services. There negligence to protect innocent children led to many victims after this time period, including Kevin McHales daughter whose abuse started in 2006 and continued till 2010, there are other victims before the 80s also. Many children’s innocence were taken away because of this man, this page and petition is to help Kevin gain leniency and NOT to punish Kevin so harshly for something that victims didn’t have to suffer or the McHale family if they were protected by the state. He was granted on bail 31st of May 2023 and he has been residing in Athlone since. John Brogan had the protection and an innocent child abused by a man with decades of victims. We need to come forward about abuse.
