vacation on your period is a whole situation 😭 I used to stress about it so much—bloating, cramps, low energy and just not feeling confident in anything I wore. it would lowkey ruin the vibe. I tried so many “tips” but nothing really fixed how I felt in my body. then in a women’s group someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I got curious. I followed it and everything shifted—28 lbs down, less bloating, energy steadier. feels like something more ppl should know.
