Here's a bit more detail on Begoas and Hephaestion - there is evidence, although obscure of course, that there was no rivalry there. In fact, there is evidence that they worked together to aid Alexander, Hephaestion out of love no doubt and Begoas likely out of instinct for self-preservation. When we think about it logically, if Hephaestion saw him as a rival, Begoas was little more than a common slave. He could have had him removed from the board easily and Alexander wouldn't do anything to him for it.

OK, there’s one thing that I do not get the more I go through your videos the more I get confused of who Alexander the Great’s lover was? First you say it as Aristotle then you say that Hephaestion and Alexander were lovers thennnn the Persian eunuch named Bagoas ? So which is it ( help please) ???

At this point, one could make it up as they like, because we really don't have definitive evidence. That said, I would like to believe that he kissed him tenderly, he was a beautiful boy… and if so, nobody was going to mess with Alexander.
