@courtcroucherrr: I’ll admit I had my reservations as this is a very thick girl sitting at just over 700 pages for a first installment. Could it have been shorter? Sure, but this was so good that I throughly enjoyed every page making the length worth it. The magic system was so unique, it was more than just the standard elemental magic. Much, much more… The side characters were truly lovable and the banter had me giggling the entire time. You have me on the edge of my seat to read Unveiled!!
