 Seasoning * salt & pepper * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp ranch seasoning
 Preheat oven to 375F. Cook your chicken. I cooked mine in a crock pot on high for about 3 hours because I think it shreds easier this way, but you can do any method! Cut tops of bell peppers off then cut in half. Add to a baking dish and spray with oil, then season with some salt. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes while you prep the other ingredients. Shred chicken and mix with seasonings, yogurt, and buffalo sauce until well combined. Remove peppers from the oven then fill with cooked rice, chicken, and shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, broiling on high for the last 3-4 minutes.
