so what you do is wash your hair before u use them put curling product in your damp hair put the heatless curlers in and the sleep in them overnight and then the curls will be perfect ringlets

keep it overnight I have those and it's really pretty in the morning when I took them off also do not wet your hair since it's really really hard to curl with wet hair, please take my advice since I did that once so please leave it overnight and not wet your hair
