How do you go on a body recomposition if you’re inverted triangle trying to build lower body and tone upper body..im really confused honestly cos im on a surplus to build my lower body and i feel like my tummy is growing though i incorporate treadmill after workout and upper body days i skip 400-500 before i got into my workouts(light weight)and after I incline walk for like 20minutes i don’t know what im doing wrong 🥹🌹
