So what happens when you’ve got your first rent to rent and you don’t have any takers for the first 3 months to cover that rent period? Isn’t that a big financial risk? Why would someone rent an Airbnb in a city and how would this make at least £71per night for 28 days to even make £2000? Surely you had a financial backup or safety net, talk about your struggles please
