I believe there's different sound waves that can heal your body and it was taken away starting with all the bells and distortion of our music.Things like sound baths & delta waves and theta waves are a few examples.Groups like munks and Hinduism even aboriginal communities use things like the didgiridoo and chanting. Native American Indians used breathing techniques to connect themselves to earth and themselves. Every culture has ways to connect deeper for themselves and a higher being of consciousness and they all speak of being somewhere else in these states and connecting differently to other realms of consciousness.
