Only the passenger side manifolds are interchangeable the driver’s side is a different length you’ll have alignment issues with the up pipe, or just avoid the situation entirely an simply buy quality manifolds

its been a few years since I done some I've used ford manifolds whenever possible idk if they are not avaliable now. a remachined factory one is also an option also use ford bolts they are interference fit that is probably why you are pulling on the manifolds too hard.

We always put a rose bud on them before final touque … we installed at 25 lbs, preheat center out hotter as we go pulling 45 lbs while red glow still exists

that tells the counter bores arent machined parelle to the mating surface or are drilled counter bored off angle from how the bolts screw in if machined right they shouldnt crack ,

All 7.3 powerstroke passenger side manifolds are the same no matter which vehicle it’s in. Van, truck or pickups. Driver side is different and can’t be swapped.

Crazy high spec for a 13m bolt. I’d probably do 30ft lbs and send it home. 45 to high of spec.

you could buy headers off eBay , you just have to weld a port on there for sensor , that’s what I’m trying on mine
