Watching your videos sat in a cafe crying my eyes out after my mum pulled her last straw with me. I went no contact before for about a year and then failed, again then failed. This is my final time. I’m so overwhelmed with emotion and I feel like no one understands what I’m experiencing bcos of the power my mum has. I’m worried about how I will be able to get into a normal loving relationship but your videos have been such a crutch for me. I’m sending you lots of love and thank you for sharing your story
