It’s not as easy to say quit, you have to ask God to guide you and give you the strength. All of this hit home for me. It ruined my life from 2019-2025. Haven’t gambled at all in 2026 and it is Day 90 for me.

I used to go to the casino 2-3 times a week over a 5 year period. I have now found a new life of no gambling, the urge is still there. I battle it every day the struggle is real! When I feel the need to gamble, I clean and do any chore I can do to keep my mind busy. You can do it, it is hard. But losing money is harder
