Didn’t clean the caliper bracket , the hub, used old hardware, no brake grease. Terrible brake job

ive done the car of my girlfriend last week. breaks on 4 wheels. 3 of these wheels were hard to put pads on.. even if i used a brush to remove the dust and rust. why? i had a hard time putting em? i put grease and did everything right
