change to 3/64 wire and consumables. way better for not getting rat nested. 1/8" material is run at 230 ish. 1/4" material 320- 360. should be a slow inch worm movement with ur nozzle about 1/2" above ur material. if u keep running .035 wire is was running my machine past 500-600 sometimes. but that wire is just to brittle

You’re welding two pieces of metal not one. Move between each piece and add more heat

What size wire do you have .035 I’d run that 25-26 with feed around 460 or higher 3/64 I’d run 24-25 feed around 350 or higher depending on the machine
