Man id be surprised if you played through the entire game and DID think that😭 The entire game is a celebration of Atlus history. There are a BUNCH of references to other atlus games. From archetypes like Soulhacker, Devilsummoner and Persona-Master, Ingame items like Joker's knives and the ore from Traumacenter which name i dont remember rn, the Saint Day celebration where we see MANY different relics from different Atlus games being displayed (like the Holy Grail and Pigitron from Persona 5 and the Demonica Helmet from Strange Journey), the blatant reference that is the Dragongrace shinjuku dungeons layout being a near 1 to 1 copy of the 5th stratum in Etrian Odyssey 1 (Which is called Lost Shinjuku and ALSO has monsters that move when the player moves btw) AND the Dragon trials where you fight 3 dragons is also very similar to the 3 postgame superbosses in the Etrian Odyssey games.

I think it's just supposed to be a reference, I don't think Will being linked to the colour blue (P3), Strohl being linked to the colour yellow (P4) and Hulkenburg being linked to the colour red (P5) was a coincidence. Probably just paying tribute to other Atlus titles which they do a lot in this game
