I have been like this for years and I have been begging my doctor and psychiatrist to put me on leave so I can heal. They think medication and therapy is enough. I told them it isn’t enough. My body is shutting down and so is my mind. Some days I feel like I’m ready for straight jacket and padded room. Yet I keep it together.
