By utilizing a Terracotta Breezeblock skin, we achieved a reduction in direct solar heat gain while maintaining constant natural ventilation. The elevated massing on structural column not only creates a sophisticated undercroft for car management but also allows the landscape to flow seamlessly beneath the residence.
