I take the chicken out of the package and lay it flat on a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze for about an hour then slice. Even easier look up "chicken cutlets Rita's way "on this app.

they make glass cutting boards that are nice, they are heavy but we used to use them as counter decorations when not needed for cutting.

I dont judge anyone. I stopped using styrofoam because it isn't biodegradable, so i started using paper plates.

Im the same way with chicken. I even wear those disposable gloves that they use in kitchens so it doesnt touch my hands 😆
