I’ve had this couch for 2 years, and it’s so flat, specially the back cushions & feathers poke out very often. Back cushions have a huge dent that won’t go away from the low back. We’re thinking about returning it unfortunately 🫠

I have it but thinking of returning. I’ve had in about three months and the pillows are excessive! And this couch is HUGE! Doesn’t look like it in the store, but it is. If you like a clean look this couch is not it.

A sustainability hack is any old damaged or just clothing ur not using anymore just shove them into the pillows to fluff them up✨✨💖

I just stayed at an air b&b with this couch. It was seriously sooooooo comfortable. I wish I had one. We could fit a ton Of people on it at once.

I have it in beige, how do you wash the covers because it says spot clean only? Also, there's literally a video on Costco's website that tells you how to fluff the cushions.

We bought this sereen couch last year and love it. Yes it's a low back but ours is against a wall, yes its huge, but our family room is big and we wanted this for sleepovers and cozy movie nights. We have a more structured couch in our front living room, so this works for us. Yes feathers come out but not a ton, and yes it comes with a ton of pillows, if you dont lile that just take some off 🤷♀️The cushions can be fluffed up easily if they start to go flat after we regular use, also this material cleans so easily with a spot cleaner for upholstery, so I havent had to wash the covers yet. I will say it's kind of tough to move to clean, cus theyre pretty heavy pieces, but that helps to ensure it doesnt slide around. I paid full price last year and purchased a 2nd ottoman. Zero regrets.
