i went to lanterns the other day, sat there for 20 minutes and nobody talked to me or took my order. the servers stood there STARING AT ME and didnt do anything. and yes, i was seated by the host so its not like they didnt know i was there

i got the chance to come and try in January and the staff was so sweet and accommodating, though one food order came out later, they even brought out a cookie in a pan for the table to share and covered the meal that came out late, love how you run your restaurant!
