G3 took G1 Cleo’s arc. Cleo had problems with being the Pharaohs daughter especially through them not accepting Deuce shown in boo York. Draculaura in G1 did have depth through Why do ghouls fall in love. You see a character doesn’t have to have a sad backstory to be fleshed out.
