There's also the issue of the overlapping dates on the state and federal cronograms for both trials. There's severe 6th Amendment issues being raised by his legal team and his next federal hearing to oversee this issue is happening on April 1st, next Wednesday

He has court on the 1st of April to see if they can move the date for his federal case as his team and Lu himself wouldn't be able to do both cases with them being so close. The state wanted to go first and they essentially forced the date and made this mess and now his lawyer is trying to clean it up.

its not really sus how cops handle the backpack. cops tend to suck at their jobs. it just happens that most of time this shit happens the defendant doesn't have access to good defense lawyers
