I lost my mum not too long ago too. but God has been good to me, He knows I will not be able to handle the situation so He prepare me in advance the lost of my mum. Occupy your time with work/activities. Time will heal your grief slowly and surely. Periodic bursts of emotions are bound to happen - bawl your eyes out. I am sure your Mum is your guardian angel now, even though she is not around in this physical world. All the best and take care.

my mum pased about a month ago, too. i resonate with everything u said. grief truly comes in waves. it's good to let yourself feel the emotions and cry. i also feel better after.
