this is exactly how I cut my mangos, then I peel the skin off the pit and chew the rest of the mango meat off of it lol

everytime i cut a mango the way its supposed to be cut, the middle is so so hard to cut through and I'm not even close to the pit. I'm thinking I'm picking not fully ripe mangos but idk how to pick a good one. I try to get the ones that are less green and more squishy but I swear I could grab the softest one and it still does it 😭

maybe it's these Florida mangos, they just don't do that. I always butcher them 😅
