This is so true …. I spent most of my life in prayer and supplication … I always knew I’d achieve everything I wanted , I always knew everything worked in my favour , journaled , invisioned… and for a long time everything did … until last November when something in me shifted after I had a spiritual epiphany … I became depressed in a way … these past few weeks I’ve been thinking on how confident and regulated I used to be and this video is just what I needed !❤️thanks !

THANK YOU I HAD TO SEE THIS 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Ive been asking myself even though I feel guilty for not praying as much anymore yet my regulated nervous system, my creative, constant joy, peaceful state and how bountiful I am im all moments even in my workspace and creative journey. These days , if I do pray, its to say "thank you for yhe blessings, I have nothing else to say". This has affirmed me 🥺🥺🥺💌💌💌💌thank you !!!!!
