There are tons of dealerships that have dealer plates on them that they allow employees to commute to and from their home and the dealership depending on the position at the dealership.

Personal use for promoting sale and general personal use are not the same though, if it wasnt clearly an advertisement using that vehicle then it should at least go to court for interpretation
